How I streamline my Content creation process

First & foremost- it’s important to start with a sustainable posting schedule.

Decide WHAT kind of content to post (reels, photos, carousels, stories, etc) & WHEN to post them each week.

The only person who gets to decide what is sustainable for you & your business is YOU.

Once that’s decided- it’s time to create a content calendar.

Pick a place or create a system to organize & compile ALL your content.
(I personally use Asana & metricool*)

Once you’ve got some organization in place- it’s time to start plugging content ideas into your content calendar.

It’s TOTALLY okay if the ideas are vague at this point- you’ll fill in the gaps later!

I personally prefer batch creating content a month at a time- but you can do this a week at a time too or whatever works best for you!

Once you got a vague idea of your content & calendar- it’s time to dive in & do some deep work.

I start with filling in the gaps of each content idea. Write out any copy that may be used for a graphic, carousel, or text on top of a reel.

Next I write the caption for each piece of content.

I then go back through & create graphics for any posts that need them & create a list of photos & videos I need for the rest of my content.

I then schedule an hour or so out of my day to capture all the content I need for my posts.

There’s lots of editing to do at this point- especially for reels.

But once that’s done- all that’s left to do is schedule everything.

Again- I use metricool* which makes scheduling & crossposting my content ALL over the internet a breeze.
